Founded by Dr. Gold, our practice was established in response to the impersonal nature of traditional primary care. Dr. Gold envisioned a model that eliminates the bureaucratic hurdles of insurance, allowing patients to receive compassionate, undivided care focused solely on their well-being. Gold Direct Care was born from a deeply personal journey. From a young age, the founder knew that medicine was his calling—a passion ignited by watching his beloved grandmother suffer from early onset dementia and inadequate care in a broken healthcare system.
After earning a Biology degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating from UMASS Medical School, and completing a Family Medicine residency in Scottsdale, AZ in 2005, he discovered the Direct Primary Care movement in 2014. Embracing this innovative model, he founded Gold Direct Care in 2015 to provide truly personalized, accessible healthcare that puts patients first.
